Log In - Make sure to correctly type your password or ensure that you do not get locked out for failed login attempts. The support team can also help you reset your password if needed.
Lost Files - Check your recycle bin if you accidentally deleted files. However, you can also check the backup data as synchronization may be automatic.
Slow Computer - There are several reasons why your computer may be slow. Check whether you have several tabs or windows open. If not, contact IT services for updates, scans, and malware or viruses.
Wireless Connection - If you keep getting disconnected from the Wi-Fi, make sure that the router is connected securely or try to reconnect the router and modem to the internet. If this does not solve the problem, contact your internet service provider.
E-Mail Attachment - If you cannot download or access an e-mail attachment, you need to check whether you have the correct software to open it.
